摘    要:目的在整体医疗实践中使用简易营养评价精法(MNA-SF)了解我院各临床科室营养不良发生的情况。方法由经过专门训练的医务人员在患者入院3 d内,使用MNA-SF对全院各科室患者进行营养状况调查,了解营养状况与性别、年龄、病情的关系。结果全院患者营养不良发生率为22.25%,内科、外科、专科营养不良发生率分别为28.69%、23.26%、14.46%(χ2=144.377,P=0.000),营养分值与年龄、病例分型呈负相关(Z值分别为-60.334和-33.916,P=0.000),男、女营养分值比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.123,P=0.000)。年龄、病例分型进入了影响营养分值的逐步回归方程,回归方程为:y营养=0.004x年龄+0.099x病理分型+0.447(r=0.146,F=39.772,P=0.000)。结论营养不良发病率在住院患者达20%以上,营养与年龄、病情相关,男性患者营养状况较女性差。

Application of Short-Form Mini-Nutritional Assessment for Nutrition Assessment during Comprehensive Medical Treatment

Abstract:Objective To investigate the malnutrition status in a hospital using Short-Form Mini-Nutritional Assessment(MNA-SF).Methods The well-trained medical staff used MNA-SF to investigate the nutrition status of inpatients 3 days after their admission,and the potentail correlation of nutritional status with gender,age,and disease severity were explored.Results The overall malnutrition rate in our hospital was 22.25%;more specifically,it was 28.69%,23.26% and 14.46% in the department f internal medicine,department of surgery,and department of special services(χ2=144.377,P=0.000),respectively.In addition,the nutrition score was negatively correlated with age and disease severity(Z=-60.334,-33.916,P=0.000),and showed significant difference between males and females(t=-6.123,P=0.000).The score of age,pathological types were qualified for the stepwise regression equation of nutrition,which was ynutrition=0.004xage+0.099xclassification of cases+0.447(r=0.146,F=39.772,P=0.000).Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition among the inpatients in our hospital is over 20%.Nutrition status can be influcnced by age and disease severity.Male patients are more susceptable to malnutrition.
