氯沙坦联合松龄血脉康治疗高血压合并代谢综合征的疗效研究

目的探讨氯沙坦联合松龄血脉康治疗高血压合并代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效。方法将64例高血压合并MS患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组给予氯沙坦治疗,治疗组给予氯沙坦联合松龄血脉康治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血压、血糖、血脂的变化。结果治疗8周后,治疗组MS符合者20例(62.5%),对照组28例(87.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压及血清三酰甘油水平较对照组显著降低(P均<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦与松龄血脉康联用,能降低高血压合并MS患者的血压,调节血脂,且不良反应少。

Efficacy of Losartan Combined with Songling Xuemai Kang on Patients with Hypertension and Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Losartan combined with songling xue mai kang in the treatment of patients with hypertension and metabolic syndrome. Methods 64 patients with hypertension and metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with each group 32 cases.The control group was given Losartan and the treatment group was given Losartan combined with songling xue mai kang.The changes in blood pressure,serum glucose and lipids before and after treatment were observed. Results After eight weeks treatment,the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome of the treatment group was 62.5%(20/32),while the control group was 87.5%(28/32),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).SBP,DBP and TG of the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those of the control group(all P<0.05).HDL-C of the treatment group was significantly increased compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG) of the treatment group showed no statistically significant difference compared with those of the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Losartan and songling xue mai kang can reduce blood pressure and regulate blood lipids in patients with hypertension and metabolic syndrome with few side effects.
