新疆克拉玛依区社区居民抑郁状况及其影响因素研究

目的探讨克拉玛依区社区居民的抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法选取2 000名15～65岁社区居民,应用病人健康问卷抑郁状况评估分量表(PHQ-9)和自编社会人口学基本信息资料表对其进行问卷调查。结果该地区社区居民的抑郁症状检出率为43.9%,其影响因素包括居民婚姻状况、目前工作状况和家庭人均收入,抑郁严重程度的影响因素包括婚姻状况、目前工作状况和家庭类型。结论在社区中开展心理健康宣传教育对心理疾患预防工作具有积极意义。人均月收入低于1 500元者、非在职者、离婚/丧偶者应成为社区心理健康干预工作的重点对象。

Depression Status of Community Residents in Karamay District of Xinjiang Uygar Autonomous Region and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To explore the depression status of community residents of Karamay District and to understand its impacting factors.Methods By multi-stage random sampling,the 2 000 community residents(15 to 65 years old) were selected.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the subjects by using Depression Score of Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9) and self-designed demographic characteristics inventory.Results The prevalence rate of depression symptom was 43.9% for the residents in this district.The factors that influenced the depression were marital condition,present situation of work and per capita income of family.The factors that influenced the depression severity were marital condition,present situation of work and family type.Conclusion It is positive for prevention of mental disorders to carry out popularity and education about mental health.A family with per capita income monthly less than RMB 1 500 yuan,residents who are unemployed,divorced or widowed should be taken as the focus for intervention work of mental health.
