| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床症状群,在心力衰竭的药物治疗中,利尿剂能够充分有效地控制心力衰竭患者的液体潴留,但慢性心力衰竭患者伴利尿剂抵抗的现象较为常见。本文综述了慢性心力衰竭患者伴利尿剂抵抗的发生机制和治疗策略等方面的临床研究进展。

| Abstract: | Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndromes.In the drugs used,diuretic can fully and effectively control the fluid retention in the body of the patients,but more often than not the phenomenon of chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance can arise.This article reviews the research development in clinic about the occurring mechanism and treatment strategies on chronic heart failure accompanying diuretic resistance. |
