宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效观察

目的探讨宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月—2011年5月行宫腔镜息肉电切术(TCRP)的育龄期妇女97例,随机分为研究组46例,术后当日即开始口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片3个月,对照组51例,术后不予其他治疗,随访6个月观察EP复发、月经恢复情况及不良反应。结果研究组45例(97.8%)月经恢复正常,EP复发2例(4.3%),对照组41例(80.4%)月经恢复正常,EP复发9例(19.6%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TCRP联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗EP可有效改善月经,减少EP复发,且不良反应少。

Clinical Efficacy of Hysteroscopy Combined with Drospirenone-Ethinylestradiol in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone-ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 97 bearing age women underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy(TCRP)from January 2010 to May 2011 were randomized into experiment group,which was given drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets for 3 months after operation,and control group,which had no other treatment.The patients were followed up for six months to observe EP recurrence,recovery of menstruation and adverse effect.Results 45 patients(97.8%)in the experiment group recovered normal menstruation after the treatment.While 41 patients(80.4%)in the control group recovered normal menstruation.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of EP was 4.3%(2/46)and 19.6%(9/51)respectively in experiment group and control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP)combined with drospirenone-ethinylestradiol can effectively improve menstrual disorder and reduce EP recurrence with less adverse reaction.
