摘    要:在室内0.5m高处,用平板法对空气采样5min所得细菌数,多于用LWC—1型空气微生物采样器以40L/min流量采样2min者。两法于0.5m高处采得菌数均较于10m与1.5m高处者为多。平板法采样样本的菌落数,以培养48h者为多,但用采样器采集的样本,不同培养时间的结果无明显差别。

Abstract:The number of bacteria obtained by air sampling for 5 min using plate sedimentation method at a site 0.5 m height in a room was larger than that obtained by sampling for 2 min using the air microorganism sampler type LWC-1 at a flow rate of 40 L/min. The number of bacteria collected with both methods at 0.5 m height was larger than that collected at 1.0 m and 1.5 m height. The number of bacterial colonies in samples collected by the plate method was large in 48-hour culture. while the culture time had no significant influence on the result when sampler was used for sampling.
