甲腈咪胍实验治疗小鼠P615移植瘤及其抗肿瘤机理

摘    要:本文采用甲腈咪胍口服给药法,实验治疗小鼠P615移植瘤;并且利用单克隆抗体SPA菌体直接花环形成实验,测定小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果表明,甲腈咪胍具有抑制小鼠P615移植瘤细胞生长,延长荷瘤小鼠生存时间的作用;还可以降低荷瘤小鼠脾T淋巴细胞Lyt2(TS细胞)亚群的数目,调整L_3T_4/Lyt2比值恢复正常,发挥抗肿瘤效应。

Abstract:It is well known that the activation of Ts can be inhibited by cimetidine and that the function of immune system will be augmented therefore. In this report, P615 mice with transplanted tumor were experimentally treated with cimetidine administered orally, the change of splenic T subsets was detected by direct SPA rosette test. The results showed that the growth of P615 tumor can be inhibited, the number of splenic Lyt2. (Ts) was reduced and the ratio of L_3T_4/Lyt2 was normal again. It suggests that antitumorigenic ability of the mice has been augmented.
