儿童早期预警评分在PICU护理人力资源调配中的应用研究

目的探讨儿童早期预警评分系统在PICU护理人力资源调配中的应用价值。方法应用儿童早期预警系统的分值指导责任组长进行人力资源调整,进行实施前后的护理质量评分、医生对护理工作满意度、护士对护理人力资源方案满意度对比。结果在2015年度使用儿童早期预警评分进行动态调整PICU的护理人力资源后,6项护理质量标准考核得分及医生满意度均较实施前有所提高,其中在护理安全管理质量、基础护理质量、危重患儿护理质量及感染管理质量得分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护士对工作忙碌程度、护理人力资源调整方案、绩效考核、工作氛围满意度问卷调查4个条目得分较实施前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用儿童早期预警评分系统指导PICU的护理人力资源调配,可提高护理质量及医护人员满意度。

Application of early warning score for children in PICU nursing human resource allocation

Objective To explore the application value of early warning scoring system in nursing human resource allocation in PICU.Methods The group leader adjusts human resource with children's early warning system.The nursing quality score, the satisfaction of the doctors and nurses before implementation and after implementation was compared.Result Early warning score system was used to adjust nursing human resources in PICU in 2015.6 scores of nursing quality assessment were up, the scores in nursing safety management, basic nursing quality, nursing quality and management of infection in children were significant different(P<0.05).The percentage of doctors' satisfaction was significantly increased(P<0.05);4 scores of questionnaire about working intensity, nursing human resources adjustment, working conditions and performance evaluation were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning scoring system to guide the allocation of nursing human resources in PICU can improve the quality of nursing and the level of satisfaction of the staff.
