| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三级甲等综合性医院的护士组织气氛和护士职业认同的相关性。方法采用护士组织气氛感知量表和护士职业认同评定量表,对天津市某大型三级甲等综合性医院的护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果护士组织气氛得分(111.83±20.15)分,处于中等偏上水平;护士职业认同得分(103.40±17.90)分,处于中等水平。护士组织气氛各维度与护士职业认同均存在显著正相关(P0.01)。结论建议护理管理者完善护理支持系统,创建公正、和谐的护士组织气氛,提高护士地位,提升护士职业认同水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing organizational climate and nurses' professional identity of the nurses who working in large 3A comprehensive hospital, to explore the relationship between nursing organizational climate and nurses' professional identity.Methods By using the nursing organizational climate perception scale and nurses' professional identity rating scale, nurses in large 3A comprehensive hospital in Tianjin were investigated.Results The score of nursing organizational climate was(111.83±20.15), which was above the medium level, and the score of nurses' professional identity was(103.40±17.90), which was in the middle level.There was a significant positive correlation between the nursing organizational climate and the nurses' professional identity(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing managers should improve the nursing support system, and try to create a fair and harmonious nursing organizational climate, improve the status of nurses, enhance the level of nurses' professional identity. |
