基于风险评估的分级护理干预对PICC患者上肢静脉血栓发生率的影响

目的探讨基于PICC相关性上肢静脉血栓风险评估的分级护理干预措施对预防血栓形成的影响。方法将符合纳入条件的560例PICC患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组均使用PICC相关性上肢静脉血栓风险评估表分为高危、中危和低危患者。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用分级护理干预,比较两组患者两周内静脉血栓发生率。结果分级护理干预两周后,观察组静脉血栓发生率1.43%明显低于对照组5.71%(P=0.006)。结论根据评估表筛查出高危、中危和低危患者,采取分级护理干预能够降低PICC相关性上肢静脉血栓发生率。

Effect of grading nursing intervention based on risk assessment of upper extremity vein thrombosis incidence for patients with PICC

Objective To study the effect of preventing thrombosis by grading nursing intervention based on the risk assessment for PICC-related upper extremity vein thrombosis.Methods 560 patients with PICC met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table.patients in each group was divided into high risk, medium risk and low risk based on the assessment of PICC-related upper extremity deep vein thrombosis risk assessment scale.Patients in control group was adopted conventional nursing measures, and patients in treatment group was adopted grading nursing intervention.The incidence of venous thrombosis in two groups was compared within two weeks.Results After implementing grading nursing intervention for two weeks, the incidence of venous thrombosis was 1.43% for treatment group and 5.71% for control group.There was significant difference for the two groups(P=0.006).Conclusion Screening patients with high risk, medium risk and low risk based on the risk assessment scale for PICC-related upper extremity vein thrombosis and implementing grading nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of vein thrombosis for patients with PICC.
