摘    要:目的分析"互联网+"学习背景下,立体化教学模式在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取在同一学年授课且临床实践内容相同的90名护生,随机分对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采取传统临床带教方法,观察组采用网络平台与实际带教综合教学法,教学过程结束后,对两组护生进行相同评分标准下的理论和技能操作的综合考核。结果观察组护生综合得分高于对照组(P0.05),但理论卷面得分却低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组在操作水平、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力和团队意识等方面均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论在"互联网+"学习时代,通过立体化教学模式,有效利用平台资源,并与临床带教相结合,不仅能提高教学效果,更能促进学生自主学习的能力,从而综合培养学生的核心胜任力,值得更多临床教师借鉴和研究。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of three-dimensional teaching mode for nursing students in the clinical practice teaching based "Internet plus" learning background.Methods 90 nursing students in the same academic year and clinical practice were divided into the control group and observation group.45 cases in each group.Student in control group was adopted the traditional clinical teaching method,students in observation group was used the network platform and the actual teaching comprehensive teaching method.After the end of the teaching process,the comprehensive assessment was conducted for the two groups of students with the same standard score of the theoretical and technical operation.Results The comprehensive score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),but the theoretical volume score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).It was also found that the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05) in the aspects of operation level,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability and team consciousness.Conclusion Learning in the era of "Internet plus",It can not only improve the teaching effect,but also promote the students' autonomous learning ability through the three-dimensional teaching mode,the effective use of platform resources,combined with clinical teaching.So as to cultivate the core competence of the students,it is worth for more clinical teachers learn from and study.
