中文版肺高压疾病特异性量表的心理测量学特征评价

目的评价中文版肺高压疾病特异性量表(emPHasis-10)的心理测量学特征。方法引进英文版emPHasis-10量表并进行跨文化调适,采用便利抽样方法,同时运用明尼苏达心衰生活质量问卷(MLFH-PH)、健康状况简明量表(SF-36)调查116例住院肺高压(PH)患者,评价中文版emPHasis-10的信度、效度及反应度。结果中文版emPHasis-10内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.91,重测信度ICC为0.89;内容效度指数CVI为0.93,emPHasis-10得分并与SF-36、MLFH-PH得分存在显著相关性(P0.01);不同纽约心功能分级组间的PH患者emPHasis-10得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);随访37例经PH靶向药物治疗的患者6个月后的emPHasis-10得分并与基线值比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论中文版emPHasis-10具有良好的信度、效度及反应度,适用于中国文化背景下肺高压患者健康相关生活质量的评价。

Evaluation of psychometric characteristics of Chinese version scale for patients with pulmonary hypertension

Objective To evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the Chinese version scale for patients with pulmonary hypertension.Method The emPHasis 10 was cross culturally adapted to Chinese through forward and backward translation.A convenience sample of 116 participant simultaneously completed the Minnesota living with heart failure-modified for PH (MLHF-PH) questionnaire,the short form health survey-36 (SF-36).The psychometric characteristics of Chinese version emPHasis-10 were tested by reliability,validity and responsibility.Results The internal-reliability Cronbach's α of Chinese vcrsion emPHasis-10 was 0.91 and the test-retest reliability ICC was 0.89.The content validity index was 0.93.The total score of emPHasis-10 correlated consistently with the scores of MLHF-PH and SF-36(P＜0.01).Known-group validity suggested a significant difference of emPHasis-10 scores among subgroup stratified by New York heart association functional class(P＜0.01).A subgroup of 37 patients was flowed up for 6 months after target-drug treatment to determine a significant difference compared with the baseline values (P＜0.01).Conclusion The Chinese version emPHasis-10 is a reliable valid and responsible instrument.It is suitable for evaluation of health related quality of life for patients with pulmonary hypertension under chinese cultural.
