智能化成组管理对育龄期多囊卵巢综合征患者体质量的影响

目的探讨运用智能化成组管理对育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体质量的影响。方法选取2016年3-9月在本中心就诊的20~40岁有生育要求的PCOS患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者实施常规健康教育,进行体质量管理;观察组在常规健康教育基础上,通过微信平台与臻鼎妇幼保健信息系统相结合建立的PCOS患者成组管理系统进行体质量管理。对比两组患者体质量、BMI、腰围变化及其妊娠率。结果两组患者实施体质量管理后,各项指标均明显下降,且观察组患者管理后体质量、BMI、腰围较对照组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者妊娠率(56%),与对照组患者妊娠率(26%),差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论智能化成组体质量管理效果明显优于常规健康教育体质量管理,其不仅提高了患者依从性,且控制了体质量、提高了妊娠率。

Effect of intelligent group management on body mass for patients With polycystic ovary syndrome during the childbearing age

Objective To study the effect of intelligent group management on the body weight of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) during the childbearing age.Methods 100 patients with PCOS at the age of 20 to 40 year with fertility requirements from March 2016 to September 2016 was selected and randomly divided into observation groups and control groups.50 patients in each group.Patients in control group and observation group was received conventional health education for weight management.Patients in observation groups was given The group management system of PCOS patients was established through the combination of WeChat platform and Zhen Ding maternal and child health care information system for patients in observation group.The body weight, BMI, waist circumference changes and pregnancy rate were compared between two groups after implementation.Results Before and after the implementation of weight management,the indexes patients were significantly decreased for both group.Compare the data of the control groups after implementation of intelligent management, the body mass, BMI, waist circumference in observation groups was reduced much higher.There was significant difference (P<0.05).The pregnancy rate(56%) for observation groups was significant higher than that of the control groups(26%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent group weight management effect is better than routine health education weight management.It is more scientific to improve patient compliance, effective weight control and increase pregnancy rate.
