急救医学中应急演练设计评价指标体系模型的构建

目的构建应急演练设计评价指标体系模型。方法采用文献研究法和专家小组讨论初步建立应急演练设计模型;运用德尔菲专家咨询法对初拟的指标进行筛选,确定评价指标体系;利用层次分析法建立判断矩阵,确定各项指标的权重。结果最终确立了应急演练设计评价指标体系,包含3个一级指标,14个二级指标和42个三级指标。结论应急演练设计评价指标体系模型的建立为研究突发公共卫生事件提供了新的切入点和评定标准,为贵州省各级医院应对各类突发公共卫生事件提供参考。

The Design on the Emergency drill in first-aid Medicine The Construction of Evaluation Index System Model

Objective to construct an evaluation index system for emergency drill design.Methods To establish preliminary design model of emergency drills using the method of literature research and expert group;using Delphi expert consultation method of the preliminary indicators were selected to determine the evaluation index system;Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to establish judgment matrix and determine the weights of the various indicators.Result The evaluation index system of emergency exercise design was finally established,including 3 first level indexes,13 two level indexes and 42 three level indexes.Conclusion The established of evaluation index system of emergency drills conclusion provides a new breakthrough point and evaluation standard of public health emergencies,and to provide reference for all levels of hospitals in Guizhou province to deal with all kinds of public health emergencies.
