中医临床路径对脾心痛患者实施优质护理的效果探讨

目的分析中医临床路径对脾心痛患者实施优质护理的效果。方法选取2015年11月-2016年6月入住我院的38例脾心痛患者,采用信封随机分为2组,其中对照组19例采取优质护理,观察组19例在对照组的基础上采取中医临床路径,比较两组在护理质量层面、满意度层面、效能层面的差异。结论观察组患者的治疗效果分级护理落实率、专科中医技能合格率、护士专业技能满意率、护士服务态度满意率及患者健康教育知晓率优于对照组(P0.05);护理缺陷发生率、平均住院天数与住院费用低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中医临床路径在护理脾心痛患者方面效果显著值得推广。

Study for the effect of the implementation of high quality nursing for patients with spleen and heart pain by traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathway

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of patients with spleen and heart pain (acute pancreatitis) by the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 38 patients with mild acute pancreatitis from November 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital pain was selected and randomly divided into two group.19 cases in control group was given high quality nursing care.19 cases in experimental group was given high quality nursing and TCM clinical pathway.The level of nursing quality,satisfaction level,performance level for the two group was measured and compared.Results The rate of grading nursing implementation,Qualified rate of specialist Chinese medicine skills,the satisfaction rate of nurses professional skills,satisfaction rate of nurses' service attitude and the patients' awareness rate of health education was effectively improved by implementing high quality nursing care for patients with spleen heart pain through clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of nursing defects,the average length of stay and hospitalization costs was significantly reduce (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine is effect for the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis,and is worth promoting.
