| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下肺结核的X线表现，以提高正确诊断率。方法 对临床资料完整的65例下肺结核的CT、X线表现并结合痰菌试验作回顾性分析。结果 影像表现：(1)片状、斑片状阴影；(2)空洞阴影；(3)结节、球形阴影；(4)混合表现。痰集菌法涂片抗酸杆菌阳性40例；阴性25例，试验性抗结核治疗后病情明显好转或基本吸收。结论 下肺结核X线表现多样，须结合痰涂片或CT检查以提高早期诊断，抗炎治疗2周后无效应作试验性抗结核治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT and conventional X ray examination of pulmonary tuberculosis in lower field Methods The clinical and image informations of 65 patients with tuberculosis in lower lung and test of sputum bacillus findings were retrospectively analyzed Results Image appearance:(1)nodule of soft dense or spherical (2)cavitary (3)patchy or mottled (4)mixing appearance Tuberculosis bacillus tested were positive in 40,negative in 25 of the 65 cases with sputum smears The patients with antituberculotic treatment were definitely on the mend or cure Conclusion The X ray image appearance of pulmonary tuberculosis in lower fields were variant Early diagnosis of it must be done combined with examination of sputum smears or CT or the test of antituberculotic treatment |
