早期食管癌气钡双重对比和低张气钡双重对比的X线诊断

对 18例怀疑早期食管癌患者采用气钡双重对比造影法检查 ,并对其中 6例食管轻度扩张不良者进行低张气钡双重对比造影检查。对用上述两种 X线检查初步判断为早期癌的病例行食管镜组织活检 ,确诊后手术切除 ,行病理检查。结果表明 :单独采用气钡双重对比造影检查法 ,基本可以观察到早期溃疡型癌病变的以小而多的龛影为特征的 X线征象及早期增生型癌病变的以充盈缺损为特征的 X线特征。而采用低张气钡双重对比造影检查可以观察早期浸润型癌病变的局限性管壁僵硬、内凹的 X线特征。若两种方法联合应用 ,可以提高早期食管癌的诊断率 ,减少漏诊

Gas-Bariun Double Contrast and Hypotonic Double Contrast X-Ray Examination of Early Carcinoma of Esophagus

Double contrast x ray examination were carried out in 18 cases of early carcinoma of esophagus (EEC), and hypotonic double contrast was done in 6 cases of them whose esophagus extended limited slightly. All patients were proved surgically and pathologically after esophagus endoscopy. Comparative analysis was done between the image and pathology. By single gas Barium double contrast, multiple and small craters could be found in early ulcer carcinoma and filling defects in early proliferation carcinoma. The x ray appearances of early infiltrative carcinoma, including local wall stiff and internal concaves could be found by hypotonic double contrast. Combined use of two examinations could increase the diagnostic rate of EEC.
