金荞麦滴丸制备工艺的优化

摘    要:目的:优化金荞麦滴丸的制备工艺。方法:以滴丸的溶散时限为考察指标,采用正交试验方法,优化药粉与基质配比、聚乙二醇6000与聚乙二醇4000的配比以及滴距等滴制工艺。结果:金荞麦滴丸的最佳成型工艺为:提取物∶基质=1∶2.0,提取物药粉∶水=1∶0.4,基质为PEG4000,滴距为6cm。结论:本方法所确定的金荞麦滴丸制备工艺稳定、合理可行,所制滴丸具有良好的外观,且溶散时限符合要求。

Optimization Technology for Preparation of Fagopyrum Dripping Pills

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of fagopyrum dropping pills.Methods: Taking the dissolution time of dropping pills as an index,an orthogonal test was used to optimize the ratio of powder and matrix,and the ratio of polyethylene glycol 6000 and polyethylene glycol 4000 as well as the technology of the drop distance from drop.Results: The best molding process of the fagopyrum dropping pills was as follows: extract: matrix = 1:2.0;extract powder: water = 1:0.4;the matrix of PEG 4000 was 6 cm drop distance.Conclusion: The technology for the process of the fagopyrum dropping pills is stable,reasonable and feasible.The dropping pills made by this technology have a good appearance and meets the requirements of the dissolution time.
