| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析血清尿酸水平与妊高症严重程度的相关性。方法选择103例妊高症患者，其中轻度妊高症34例，中度妊高症37例，重度妊高症32例，选择97例正常妊娠产妇为对照组。分别测定血清尿酸水平并作比较。结果妊高症组血清尿酸水平明显高于正常妊娠组（P〈0．01）；中度妊高症组血清尿酸水平明显高于轻度妊高症组（P〈0．01）；重度妊高症组血清尿酸水平明显高于中、轻度妊高症组（P〈0．01）。结论血清尿酸水平与妊高症严重程度密切相关。
