| 摘 要： | 目的：建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金属罐装果汁饮料中锡的分析方法。方法：样品用硝酸和高氯酸消化后，导入火焰原子吸收分光光度计中，与标准系列比较定量。结果：在224．6nm波长下，灯电流为4．0mA，狭缝宽度为0．2nm时，该方法的测定范围为0—100mg/L，回归方程为：Y=0．0017＋0．0011X，r=0．9994，检出限为0．75mg／L，相对标准偏差为0．66％-2．15％，加标回收率为93．7％-102．9％。结论：本法具有干扰少，线性范围宽，操作简便、快速、准确等优点，适用于金属罐装果汁饮料中锡的测定。
