KZY-2复方制剂对白念珠菌芽管形成的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨抗真菌中药复方制剂(KZY-2)对白念珠菌芽管形成的抑制作用。方法:采用白念珠菌芽管形成的优化条件(1640培养基、pH7.0、37℃振荡培养3h),观察药物对白念珠菌标准菌株(ATCC14053、CCCMC1a)和临床分离菌株(C1-1、C1-4)芽管形成的抑制程度。结果:(1)KZY-2对四株实验菌均具有明显抑制芽管形成的作用,但对不同菌株芽管形成的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)差异较大,对ATCC14053、CCCMC1a、C1-1、C1-4的MIC依次为:31.25μg/ml;62.5μg/ml;125μg/ml;500μg/ml。组间比较具有显著意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。(2)药物浓度可明显影响抑制芽管形成的百分率,浓度在50%MIC以下时,芽管形成抑制率均低于30%。结论:KZY-2复方制剂具有明显抑制白念珠菌芽管形成的作用,抑制作用的强弱与药物浓度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the inhibition of bud formation in Candida albicans about the anti -fungal drug (KZY-2 compound). Methods: ( 1 ) By means of the optimum conditions which were 1640 medium, pHT. 0 and 37℃ oscillated culture for 3 hours of bud formation in Candida albicans, to observe the effects of the drug on the standard strains (ATCC14053, CCCMC1 a) and the clinical isolation strains (C1-1, C1-4)of candida albicans. Results: (1) Bud formation in all the strains was significantly inhibited, while the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of ATCC14053, CCCMC1a,C1-1 and C1-4 which were significantly different were respectively 31.25 μg/ml,62.5 μg/ml, 125 μg/ml and 500μg/ml. (2)The percentage of bud formation was significantly affected by the drug concentration ,which was less than 50% MIC, the inhibited rates of bud formation were all below 30 percent. Conclusions: KZY- 2 compound could significantly inhibit bud formation in Candida albicans and the degree of inhibition was closely related with the drug concentration.
