| 摘 要： | 消化性溃疡及慢性胃炎合并出血２０６例，其中１０３例（男性６０例，女性４３例；年龄３５±ｓ２０ａ）用奥美拉唑２０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ，连服３ｄ为治疗组。另１０３例（男性６３例，女性４０例；年龄３６±２０ａ）用西咪替丁１．２ｇ及酚磺乙胺１ｇ各加入５％葡萄糖液中静脉滴注，ｑｄ，共３ｄ作对照组。结果：前者总有效率为９５．１％，优于对照组的６８．０％（Ｐ＜０．０１），且未发现不良反应。

| Abstract: | Two hundred and six patients with peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis complicated with bleeding were divided into 2 groups:103 patients(M 60, F43; age 35±s 20 a) were treated with omeprazole 20 mg,po, bid, for 3 d; Other 103 patients(M 63, F 40; age 36±20a)were treated with cimetidine1.2 g and etamsylate 1 g in 5% glucose solution iv infusion, qd,for 3 d as control. Results showed the total response rate of omeprazole group was 95.1%,which was much better than the control group 68.0%(P<0.01). No adverse reactions were observed. |
