经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用（附22例报告）

目的：探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的可行性、手术方式和适应证。方法：回顾分析为22例患者施行单孔法LC的临床资料。结果：22例均顺利完成手术,无一例中转三孔法LC或中转开腹;手术时间55~110min,平均65min;平均住院3d;无近期并发症发生,均痊愈出院。随访5~20个月未见远期并发症发生,腹部切口愈合后无明显疤痕。结论：具有熟练的两孔法LC技术与经验后可开展单孔法LC,能最大程度地实现手术微创、疤痕小、美容效果等目的,具有推广价值。

Clinical application study of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy:with a report of 22 cases

Objective:To probe the feasibility,operative method and indications of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 22 cases underwent single-port LC were summarized.Results:Twenty-two patients were operated successfully,the operation time varied from 55min to 110min,with the average of 65min.No cases converted to three-port LC or open cholecystectomy.The mean hospital stay was 3d,no short-term or long-term complications were observed during follow-up of 5-20 months.Their abdominal incision scars were inconspicuous.Conclusions:With skilled surgical technique and experience of 2-port LC,single-port LC can be safely carried out with advantages of mini-invasion,small scar,and cosmetic effect,which is worthy of spread.
