| 摘 要： | 帕金森病是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,引起帕金森病的发病机制至今尚未明确。本文就对帕金森病发病机制研究中的病理机制、环境因素、遗传因素、氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、蛋白质的错误折叠和聚集等方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Parkinson′s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the central nervous system,of which the pathogenesis remains unclear to this day.This article reviews progresses of PD about its pathogenesis including pathomechanism,environmental factor,genetic factors,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,misfolding and aggregation of protein and so on. |
