| 摘 要： | 目的建立控制口炎清颗粒质量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC法），色谱柱为Zorbax RP—C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．4％磷酸（13：87，V／V），流速为0．5mL／min，波长为300nm。结果绿原酸质量浓度线性范围为0.055～2．75μg／mL，方法加样平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为1．79％（n=6）。结论该方法准确可靠，可用于口炎清颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method of controlling the quality of Kouyanqing granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used. Column was Zorbax RP- C18 chromatography column （150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm）; mobile phase was acetonitrile- 0.4% phosphonic acid （13：87, V/V）; flow rate was 0. 5 mL/min; A =300 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid concentration was 0. 055-2.75 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 100.3%, RSD was 1.79% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, stable and accurate, so it can be used to control the quality of Kouyanqing granules. |
