重症监测技术在重型创伤性颅脑损伤的应用

摘    要:重型创伤性颅脑损伤(STBI)是神经外科领域和现代社会共同面临的难题,是儿童和年轻人死亡的主要原因。随着重症监测技术的发展,STBI患者的预后有了显著的改善。本文从临床实践结合国内外的研究进展,描述颅内压监测(ICP)、颈静脉球静脉血氧饱和度(SjvO2)、脑组织氧分压(PbtO2)、脑微量透析(CMD)、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、电生理监测、近红外光谱(NIRS)和大脑温度等重症监测技术在STBI的应用,为临床上根据患者的不同病情选择合适的监测技术提供参考,以期更好地改善STBI患者的预后。

Use ofi ntensive monitoring technology in severe traumatic brain injury patients

Abstract:Severe traumatic brain injury ( STBI ) is a major neurosurgical and socio-economic problem,and is the leading cause of death in children and young adults .With the development of intensive monitoring technology , the prognosis of patients with STBI has been improved significantly .From clinical practices combined with the domestic and foreign research progresses ,the paper described the use of intensive monitoring technology in STBI patients ,such as intracranial pressure (ICP)monitoring,jugular venous oxygen saturation(SjvO2),brain tissue oxygen tension(PbtO2),cerebral microdialysis(CMD),transcranial doppler ( TCD ) ultrasonography , electrophysiological monitoring , near infrared spectroscopy ( NIRS ) and brain temperature.This paper provided some references ,according to the different condition of STBI patients with the optimal intensive monitoring technology ,and get better outcomes .
