| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胶质瘤综合治疗的临床疗效.方法:对25例恶性脑胶质瘤患者行开颅显微手术切除,术后第2周开始口服化疗药物替莫唑胺(TMZ)150mg/m2/d,连续5d,28d为一疗程,据耐药情况给予2～6个疗程.配合全脑放疗,2Gy /次,5次/疗程,总量50Gy.结果:25例恶性脑胶质瘤患者生存期明显延长,6个月生存23例(占92%),1年生存22例(占88%),2年生存17例(占68%).全部患者均无明显的不良反应,生存质量得到明显改善.结论:显微手术力争全切,术后化疗联合放疗,是一种综合治疗人脑恶性胶质瘤的有效手段.

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the clinical effect of the comprehensive treatment of glioma.Method: 25 cases malignant glioma underwent microsurgery,And then,on the second week the patients were taken orally temozolomide 150mg/m2.d for 5days,with 28 days for one course,They were treated for 2 to 6 courses according to the drug resistance.In the mean while with chemotherapy on the whole brain wtih dosage of 2Gy once,5 times for one course,the total dosage was 50Gy.Result:25 cases survival time was significantly prolonged.The survival time of 6 months was 23 cases(92%).one year for 22 cases(88%),2 years for 17 cases(68%).All of them were improved the life quality,There's seldom side effect on them.Conclusion: It's an effective method to treat malignant glioma with microsurgery combined chemotherapy after operation. |
