儿科急诊输液室护患纠纷原因分析及对策

摘    要:目的:提高护理服务质量,减少急诊护患纠纷的发生。方法:对我院急诊输液室36起家属投诉原因进行分析。改善输液环境,缩短病人等候时间,加强基本功的训练和提高护理人员自身素质,正确处理护患关系。结果:产生纠纷的主要原因在于护士的服务态度、静脉技术、等候时间过长等。结论:采取相关措施,提高护理服务质量可以防止和减少护患纠纷的发生。

Abstract:Objective To improve the nursing service quality and reduce the risk of nurse-patient dissension. Methods: 36 cases of patient's relatives appeals were investigated and analyzed. Results: The main cause of the dissension were the serving attitude of the nurse, the intravenous infusion skill and the waiting period, etc. Conclusion: Reinforcing the basic skill training, improving the nurses qualification are the essential factors to prevent and reduce the risk of nurse-patient dissension
