对护士使用消毒剂相关知识现状的调查

目的通过了解目前护士的消毒剂知识水平与实践现状,探讨如何充分发挥护士在控制院内感染中的作用。方法采用问卷调查法,对新疆7所医院从事护理临床工作的430例护士进行问卷调查。结果结果表明护士消毒剂知识得分为1~7分,及格率为19.4%,不同年龄、学历、职称、护龄、科室的护士得分无显著性差异(P>0.05),但三级医院护士得分较二级医院高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果显示:护士普遍缺乏消毒剂相关知识。了解各种消毒剂的使用方法和要求的占81.5%,了解各种消毒剂的副作用和注意事项占54.7%,不同年龄分组、职称、护龄的护理人员比较差异无统计学意义。结论建议护士的消毒剂相关知识与实践亟待改善;医院应健全机制,规范管理;护士消毒剂相关知识方面的教育有待加强,以充分发挥护士在预防院内感染中的作用。

A survey of disinfectant knowledge among nurses

Objective To discuss how to make the nurses adequately play a role in controlling the nosocomial infection through knowing the disinfectants knowledge and the practice situations of nurses.Methods We set out a questionnaire to survey 430 nurses who worked in the clinical nursing position in 7 hospitals of Sinkiang.The data were analyzed by SPSS.Results The scores of disinfectant testing were 1 to 7,and the passing rate was 19.4%.There was no significant difference on the testing scores between difference age,education,position,nursing period and department(P>0.05).But the scores of senior hospital's nurse were higher than those of junior hospital's nurse,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).These results indicated that nurses were generally lack of the knowledge of disinfectant.Only 81.5% nurses knew how to use,and 54.7% nurses could realize the side effect of disinfectant.Conclusions Several suggestions are proposed as follows: The knowledge and practice should be promoted;Hospital should send the system to enhance management;and The train on information of disinfectants should be strengthened so as to make the nurses play an important role in preventing nosocomial infection.
