广西2004～2008年流行性感冒疫情监测分析

目的了解广西流行性感冒的流行情况,为有效防控流感提供科学依据。方法利用传染病报告系统报告数据,分析广西流感的流行病学特征。结果5年间共累计报告流感病例15724例,年平均发病率为6.38/10万。发病时间主要集中3～5月。崇左、来宾、南宁、百色和贺州发病率明显高于其它城市。病例以5～19岁的儿童及青少年为主,占病例总数的71.41%;男性多于女性;学生、散居儿童、农民和托幼儿童发病居多,占病例总数的92.53%。结论防制流感应采取以预防接种和卫生宣教为主的综合性措施,尤其是加强儿童及青少年的预防接种工作。

Results of surveillance of epidemic influenza in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region During 2004-2008

Objective To understand the epidemic situation and provide scientific evidences for prevention and control of influenza in Guangxi. Methods The data of epidemiologic characteristics of inlfuenza were collected from National Notifiable Disease Reported System and analyzed. Results From 2004 to 2008,there 15 724 influenza cases were reported, the average incidence was 6.38/100,000. The disease mainly occurred from March to May and mainly concentrated in age groups of 5-19 years old （71.41%）,92.53% of the cases were students,spersely distributed children,peasants and infants in nusery. Conclusion Integrated measures be taken to prevent and control the prevalence of influenza.
