玻璃离子（牙合）垫配合固定矫治器矫治恒前牙反（牙合）的临床研究

目的：探讨上颌第一磨牙玻璃离子牙合垫配合固定矫治器矫治恒前牙反铪的方法及效果。方法：选择恒前牙反拾患者30例，采用上颌第一磨牙玻璃离子拾垫配合固定矫治器进行矫治，矫治前后拍摄x线头影侧位片进行测量分析。结果：30例患者平均解除反糟的时间为12周，效果满意，x线头影测量显示上前牙唇倾，下颌功能性后退。结论：上颌第一磨牙玻璃离子铪垫配合固定矫治器矫治前牙反（牙合）可以快速有效地解除前牙反（牙合），简化了治疗程序。

Clinical research of glass ionomer cement occlusal pad in treatment of the permanent anterior crossbite

Objective To study the method and effect of glass ionomer cement occlusal pad of posterior teeth combined with fixed appliance in treatment of the permanent anterior crossbite. Methods 30 cases of the permanent anterior crossbite were selected.30 patients were treated with glass ionomer cement occlusal pad combined with fixed appliance.Their cephalometry radiographs were measured and analyzed before and after treatment. Results The average time of reliefing 30 anterior crossbite is 12 weeks.The results are satisfactory. Conclusion Glass ionomer cement occlusal pad of posterior teeth with fixed appliance can be effect to relief anterior crossbite quickly.
