Investigation of medical aesthetic technology profession

Objective To investigae, and analyse the present situation of the development of the medical aesthetic profession, make clear the target and localization of medical beauty technology profession talents training, so that lay the good foundation for profession construction. Methods To carry out investigation work mainly aim at public hospital having beauty services in China, private hospital, the medical beauty organization, large beauty salon and cosmetics company, national health administrative agencies, industry associations, similar institutions, etc. Results The industry of medical beauty is developing rapidly. The talent demand for medical aesthetic technology profession is great, and mainly focus on multiple posts in the two large areas of medical beauty and life beauty. Conclusion The development outlook of medical aesthetic technology profession is promising. Training talents should aim at the different professional post in the above two large areas targeted. At the same time, strengthen construction of profession standards, enhance the profession construction level, improve the training quality.
