Neurilemoma of the jaws is a benign tumor that arises from neurilemma cells.It is uncommon and misdiagnosed frequently.To improve the diagnosis of the neurilemoma of the jaws,more characters should be known,including that of clinical,radiology,pathology,immunohistochemistry.This article is to overview the clinical characters of the neurilemoma of the jaws and its differentiations from ameloblastoma,neurofibroma and cyst of the jaws.
