多酶胶囊、多酶片的溶出度和释放度研究

目的　研究多酶胶囊、多酶片活性成分的溶出度和释放度。方法　测定在 0 1mol/L盐酸溶液及pH6 8缓冲液中多个时间点的胃蛋白酶溶出度 ,胰蛋白酶释放度 ,作出溶出、释放曲线。结果　在规定时间内 ,多酶胶囊中的活性成分在稀酸和缓冲液中的溶出、释放速率以及溶出、释放度均高于多酶片的溶出、释放速率以及溶出、释放度。结论　通过微丸技术的应用 ,提高多酶制剂的溶出度、释放度 ,提高产品质量
