摘    要:目的 测定不同产地、不同部位荞麦中芦丁的含量.方法 采用HPLC法测定.结果 不同产地、不同部位荞麦中芦丁的含量存在一定的差异.结论 所用方法对荞麦药用产品的质量控制有借鉴作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Rutin in buckwheat from different habitats and different organs. METHODS HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of Rutin. RESULTS There was some difference of the content of Rutin of buckwheat from different habitats and different organs. CONCLUSION The method is useful for quality control of buckwheat product as drug.
