活血祛瘀续骨汤联合倍他米松对创伤性踝关节炎患者血清炎症因子的影响

目的 探讨活血祛瘀续骨汤联合倍他米松治疗创伤性踝关节炎的临床疗效以及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法 选取本院接收的86例创伤性踝关节炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射液联合倍他米松磷酸钠注射液治疗,试验组在此基础上给予活血祛瘀续骨汤治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率、踝关节功能评分、疼痛评分以及炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)均有所降低(P<0.05),Kofoed踝关节评分均有所升高(P<0.05),且试验组降低或升高程度大于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)均有所下降(P<0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用活血祛瘀续骨汤联合倍他米松治疗创伤性踝关节炎可降低血清炎症因子水平,减轻患者疼痛,促进踝关节功能恢复。

Effect of Huoxue Quyu Xugu Decoction Combined with Betamethasone on Serum Level of Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Traumatic Anklebone Arthritis

Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Quyu Xugu decoction combined with betamethasone on serum level of inflammatory factors in patients with traumatic anklebone arthritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with traumatic anklebone arthritis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with betamethasone sodium phosphate injection,while the experimental group was treated with Huoxue Quyu Xugu decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,ankle function scores,pain scores,and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),the Kofoed scores were increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The serum level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).And the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Quyu Xugu decoction combined with betamethasone in the treatment of traumatic anklebone arthritis can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pain and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
