张伯礼：此次中医药抗疫过程的一些经验和反思

文章介绍了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中央指导组专家组成员、中国工程院院士、天津中医药大学校长张伯礼教授关于中医药在此次疫情防控中如何成建制参与、全程介入、中西医有效配合、参与国际抗疫等方面发挥积极作用的相关论述,并就中医药国际化、国家突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系的组织管理和人才队伍培养等提出了具体的建议。此次抗击疫情过程中,中医药全程深度介入治疗,形成覆盖预防、治疗和康复全过程诊疗方案,中医药参与武汉抗疫也将被载入中国抗疫史册,在日益严峻的国际抗疫工作中,中医药也将发挥越来越重要的作用。

ZHANG Boli: some experiences and reflections on the anti-epidemic process of traditional Chinese medicine

This paper introduces the relevant discussions by Professor ZHANG Boli,the expert group member of the Central Guidance Group of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic Prevention and Control,the Chinese Academy of Engineering,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Professor,on how traditional Chinese medicine can play an active role in the prevention and control of the epidemic in terms of organizational participation,whole-process intervention,effective cooperation between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,participation in the international fight against the epidemic,and puts forward specific suggestions on the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine,the organization and management of the national emergency management system for public health emergencies,and the training of personnel. In this fight against the epidemic,Chinese medicine has been deeply involved in the whole process of treatment,forming a diagnosis and treatment plan covering the whole process of prevention,treatment and rehabilitation. The participation of Chinese medicine in Wuhan''s fight against the epidemic will also be recorded in the annals of China''s fight against the epidemic. Chinese medicine will also play an increasingly important role in the increasingly severe international fight against the epidemic.
