| 摘 要： | 分析医学信息工程专业人才需求现状,以辽宁中医药大学为例阐述该专业人才创新创业能力培养实施方案,介绍创新创业能力评价体系及评价模型具体构建,为中医药院校医学信息工程专业人才创新创业能力评价提供理论基础与科学依据。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current status of demand for medical information engineering professionals. With an example of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), it expounds the implementation plan of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training for this profession, introduces the specific building of evaluation system and model of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, which provides theoretical and scientific basis for the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical information engineering professionals in colleges and universities of TCM. |
