中医学脏腑双重属性与逻辑悖论＊

由造字之初中医脏腑的象思维属性、中医经典中形态解剖和象思维属性的论述入手，确认中医脏腑中形态解剖知识，或服务、服从于藏象学说理论建构，而脏腑大小、长短、厚薄、数量、容量、重量和质地等未参与理论建构者则作为史料保留；在中医经典象思维语境下，凡纳入藏象学说的脏腑，其形态解剖属性随之消失，而赋予象属性。《中医基础理论》对脏腑属性双重认可，形成了逻辑悖论，导致脏腑与脏器偷换使用；中医整体观念正因脏腑与脏器偷换使用而催生；进而中医学象思维语境发生颠覆性改变。故而从源头上揭示中医学发展举步维艰的症结，正本清源，已是亟待解决的关键学术问题。

Dual Attributes and Logical Paradox of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zang-Fu

From the points of Chinese character formation, and the expound of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Classics about morphological and anatomical attributes and Xiang attribute, to identify the morphological and anatomical knowledge of TCM Zang-Fu serves or submit to Zang-Fu theory, moreover, length, thickness, amount, volume, weight and texture, etc. neither part in the theoretical construction but reserved as historical data; in the context of TCM classic Xiang thinking, Zang-Fu is given Xiang attribute as long as being included into Zang-Fu theory, instant of morphological and anatomical attributes. Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine accepts both attributes of Zang-Fu which establishes logical paradox, that leads substitute stealthily Zang-Fu for Zang-Qi (visceral organ); TCM holism is derived resulting from this stealthy substitute; and then, TCM context of Xiang thinking changes subversively. Therefore, it has become a key academic issue to be solved urgently that reveals the crucial reason of struggling development for TCM from the very beginning.
