| 摘 要： | 脂肪组织不仅作为能量贮存组织,而且是一个能分泌多种细胞因子的内分泌器官。脂联素为脂肪组织分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,是一种激素蛋白,在动物和人类的实验中证实具有改善胰岛素抵抗、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎等作用。

| Abstract: | Fat organ is not only considered as energy tissue;but also a endocrine organ which excretes many cytokines.Adiponectin(APN) is a fatty cytokine excreted by fat organ.APN is a neurophysin which was testified to have many effects of insulin resistance decreasing,anti-atherosclerosis and anti-inflammation in some experiments of animal and human. |
