衡阳市实验中学学生龋齿患病影响因素调查

目的探讨衡阳市实验中学学生龋齿患病的影响因素。方法据衡阳市实验中学卫生科提供的2004年的体检结果,从中随机抽取53名有龋齿和49名无龋齿学生分成病例组和对照组,并用自制的调查表进行调查。结果所得数据经统计分析龋患学生具有睡前吃零食者高于不吃零食者、刷牙时间短高于刷牙时间长的特点。结论由于中学生口腔防病知识、口腔卫生习惯较差,健康教育未能及时跟上,睡前喜吃甜食、使用不正确的刷牙方法等是造成龋齿患病的原因。

Factors Related to Dental Caries Among High-school Students in Hengyang

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of dental caries among high sch ool students Hengyang. METHODS 53 students suffered from dental caries and 49 he althy students were choosed randomly from the results of physical examination in experiment high-school of Hengyang in 2004 to investigate the factors related to dental caries. RESULTS the data shows the prevalence of caries was directly r elated to a low frequency of brushing and a higher consumption of sweetew. CONCL USION The main goal of dental health programmes should be to achieve quality bru shing every day in students,to reduce the consumption of sweets,and to increase knowledge of dental health.
