| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高压氧对脑外伤后持续性植物状态的疗效及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析了60例脑外伤后持续性植物状态应用高压氧及临床常规治疗的疗效,高压氧治疗压力0.2Mpa,吸纯氧40分钟,共2次,中间吸空气10分钟,每日1次,连续12次为一疗程。结果:本组总有效率88.3%。年龄越小,治疗开始时间越早,疗程越长,效果越好。结论:高压氧综合治疗对脑外伤后持续性植物状态是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: : To study the efficacy and influence factors of hyperbaric oxygenation combining therapy on patients with persistent vegetative state(PVS). Methods: The efficacy of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) combined with conventional therapy on 60 patients with PVS was analyzed retrospertively. The pressure used for HBO was 0. 2 Mpa. The patients breathed pure oxygen for 80 min with an interval of 10 min in the middle, 1 time/day, 12 days was a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 88. 3%. The efficacy was related with age of patients, the beginning time of treatment and whole time of the course. Conclusion: The HBO combining therapy is an effective therapy for PVS patients. |
