摘    要:目的为研究与功效和物质基础相关的薄荷毒性提供文献依据和研究思路。方法对薄荷历代文献古籍及近十几年来国内外相关文献进行整理、分析和归纳。结果文献古籍中记载的薄荷的多种功效在现代药理研究中已经得到了证实,但在,临床使用中可产生多种不艮反应,薄荷挥发油是其主要功效和毒性的物质基础。结论目前针对薄荷的功效、物质基础和毒性研究都是孤立的,彼此之间缺少关联性。应在功效表达和物质基础分离过程中进行毒性研究,并对其毒性物质基础进行合理控制,从而为完善安全标准与不良反应预警方案提供依据。

Abstract:Objective Provide literature basis and idea for the research of relevance between efficacy, material basis and toxicity. Methods Ancient books,literature in past dynasties and references in the last decades both at home and abroad about Herba Menthae were collated,analyzed and summarized. Results The efficacy of Herba Menthae that was recorded in ancient books has been proved by modem pharmacological research. Many adverse reactions were observed in clinical application.Peppermint oil is the material basis of its efficacy and toxicity. Conclusion The research about efficacy,material basis and toxicity of Herba Menthae is isolated,there is a short of relevance.The toxicity of Herba Menthae should be researched in the process of efficacy-expression and material basis-separation. Material basis of toxicity should be controled reasonably and basement would be provided for consummating safety standards and putting forward early-warning scheme of adverse reaction that can be referred to clinical.
