针灸对哮喘肺功能影响的临床研究进展

针灸是当前临床防治哮喘的主要方法之一,本文总结了近5年来针刺、针药并用、天灸、灸药并用、穴位帖敷、穴位注射及穴位电超导疗法等方法提高哮喘肺功能的临床研究文献。资料表明,针灸能够有效改善哮喘患者FEV1、FEV1%、PEF、PEFR、FVC、V25、V50等肺功能指标,肺功能可以对大小气道的阻力状况及可逆性、气道的高反应性及其程度等做出直接评估,为哮喘的诊断、病情判断及疗效观察、机理分析与影响等方面提供依据。

Clinical study progress: the impact of acupuncture on pulmonary function in asthma

Acupuncture is one of the main methods of the treatment of asthma. This paper summa- rized the literature about different ways （ acupuncture, acupuncture and medicine, crude herb moxibustion, moxibustion and medicine, quote deposited point, point-injection, superconducting electric acupoint thera- py and so on） to improve the pulmonary function of asthma in the past five years. Acupuncture could effec- tively improve the indicators of pulmonary function such as FEV~, FEV~ %, PEF, PEFR, FVC, V~ ,Vs0 of asthma. The pulmonary function could be used to make a direct assessment of the airway resistance status and reversibility, airway hyper-responsiveness and to which extent. It could provide the basis for diagnosis, determination of the conditions, and observation of efficacy, mechanism analysis and influence of asthma.
