摘    要:目的探讨兔肾癌模型的制作方法及超声在肾癌生长中的监测作用。方法新西兰大白兔30只平均分为两组,A组采用超声引导下组织块注射法,B组采用手术直视下组织块接种法建立VX2肾癌模型,比较两种方法的成瘤率,种植后隔天一次监测VX2肾癌的超声声像变化。结果超声引导组和手术组的种植成功率分别为53.3%(8/15)和86.7%(13/15),超声引导组的肾包膜下血肿和肾外种植率均高于术中组;VX2小肾癌的超声声像特征与临床小肾癌接近。结论手术直视下组织块注射法是建立VX2肾癌模型的可靠方法,成功率高。超声是监测兔VX2肾癌生长的简便可靠的影像学方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of building rabbit renal tumor models and investigate the value of ultrasonography in observing the tumors growth. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 15 in each group. In group A, VX2 tumor tissue was inoculated into the rabbit kidney percutaneously under ultrasound guidance. In group B, VX2 tumor tissue was inoculated directly into the exposed kidney by surgery. The ultrasonographic features of renal tumors were recorded every other day after inoculation. Results The inoculated success rate of group A was 53.3% (8/15), while that of group B was 86.7% (13/15). The incidence of subcapsular haematoma and peri-renal inoculation of ultrasound-guided group was higher. The ultrasonographic features of small rabbit VX2 renal tumor were similar with that of renal tumor in human. Conclusion The model of rabbit renal tumor was successfully established by direct inoculation with VX2 tumor tissue. Ultrasonography is a useful imaging technique in observing the tumor growth in the rabbit.
