2003-2005年我院抗病原微生物药物利用分析

目的评价医院抗病原微生物药物应用状况及趋势。方法对2003—2005年第三军医大学新桥医院抗病原微生物药物利用情况进行统计、分析。结果3年间各类抗病原微生物药物总的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）迅速增长，年平均增长率分别为50．90％和31．76％：用药金额头孢菌素类药物最高，氨基糖苷类药物和抗真菌药物的增长速度最快；口服制剂、注射制剂用量均逐年增加，用药金额和DDDs的年平均增长率分别为24．89％，58、40％和30．87％，34．02％。结论建议合理使用并进一步规范管理抗病原微生物药物，以充分发挥其疗效，减少不良反应，延缓细菌耐药性的发展。

Analysis of Anti- pathogenic Microorganism Medicines Used in Xinqiao Hospital During 2003- 2005

Objective To evaluate the utilization status of anti- pathogenic microorganism medicine and the tendency of which in Xinqiao Hospital of Third Military Medical University. Methods The anti- pathogenic microorganism medicine used in Xinqiao Hospitial in 2003- 2005 were statistically analyzed in respect such as the varieties,drug consumption sum and DDDs etc. Results During the period of 2003- 2005,the consumption,and DDDs increased rapidly by 50. 90% and 31.76% ,respectively. Cephalosporins dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum. Both oral praeparatum and praeparatum for injection increase year by year with mean annual rates of increase of consumption sum and DDDs of oral praeparatum at 24.89% and 58.40%, respectively and 30. 87% and 34.02%, respectively for praeparatum for injection. Conclusion To make full use of anti- causative organism medicine,reduce side effect and retard bacterial drug resistance,it is suggested that the utilization of anti- pathogenic microorganism medicine should be rational and the administration should be further normalized.
