GnRH-a在体外受精—胚胎移植中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中的作用。方法:2001年5月-2002年7月共行IVF-ET39例,对已获成功的20例患者进行回顾性研究。用达菲林或阿拉瑞林进行降调节,其中长方案从治疗周期前一周期的黄体中期开始应用,月经第3天用促性腺激素(Gn);短方案自治疗周期月经第2天开始应用,第3天开始用促性腺激素(Gn)。结果:长方案组用达菲林全量10例,半量6例,用阿拉瑞林1例;短方案组达菲林1例,阿拉瑞林2例。结论:实施IVF-ET,GnRH-a在控制性超排卵(COH)中具有至关重要的意义,可有效防止过早LH峰、减少取消周期,提高了妊娠率。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the application of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists (GnRH a) for in vitro fertilization (IVF). This article is a review of the successful 20 cases for IVF ET and will be benefit for the future work. Methods: We used Diphereline or A1arelin for down regulation. GnRH a was started in the luteal phase before this cycle and Gn was given from the third day of cycle in long regime, and GnRH a was started in the second day of cycle and Gn was given from the third day of cycle in short regime. Results: We did 39 cases of IVF cycle, there were 20 cases of clinical pregnancy in which 10 cases used full quantity of Dipheraline and 6 cases used a half quantity, 1 case used Alarelin. Conclusion: It is very important on controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) by using GnRH a in IVF. It prevents early LH surges reduces cancel cycle and improves pregnancy rate.
