| 摘 要： | <正>地皮菜,学名普通念珠藻(Nostoc commune Vauch.),别名地耳、地踏菇、地衣、地木耳、地软等,为蓝藻科念珠藻属的片状藻类[1]。历来民间有食用地皮菜的习惯,但对其开发研究的不多。
