| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察补脾化浊汤对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾功能不全大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :将 30只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及治疗组三组进行比较。结果 :治疗组能明显减轻肾功能不全大鼠的肾脏损害 ,降低尿素氮、血肌酐和中分子毒素 ,提高肾功能不全大鼠的体重。结论 :补脾化浊汤是治疗慢性肾功能不全的有效方剂。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe curative effect of treating chronic renal failure with Bu Pi Hua Zhuo Tang in white rats caused by adenine. Methods: Thirty rats were divided into normal group, model group and curative group by chance to contrast and analysis. Results: The curative group can obviously reduce impairment of the renal in white rats, decrease BUN Scr and middle molecule toxins increase weight of cats of renal failure. Conclusions: Bu Pi Hua Zhuo Tang may be a effective agent of curing chronic renal failure. |
