薄层色谱法测定夏枯草中熊果酸的含量

摘    要:目的 :测定夏枯草中熊果酸的含量。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法。以环己烷∶氯仿∶醋酸乙酯∶冰醋酸 ( 2 0∶5∶8∶0 .5)为展开剂 ,选择λS=530nm ,λR=70 0nm作为熊果酸含量测定的扫描波长 ,对夏枯草中熊果酸的含量进行了测定 ,并对方法学进行了考察。结果 :加样回收测定熊果酸的平均回收率为 10 0 .32 % (RDS =2 .14 % )。结论 :此法重现性、回收率良好 ,专属性较强 ,是中药制剂中夏枯草质量控制较为理想的指标。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a determination method for ursolic acid in spica prunellae. Methods:TLC scanning was used to determine the content of ursolic acid, using the cyclohexane: trichloromethane: ethyl acetate: glacial acetic acid(20∶5∶8∶0.5) as the developing system, 10% sulfuric acid-ethanol solution as the spray reagent, the detected by dual wavelength scanning (λ S=530nm, λ R=700nm). Results: The linearity of this method was well with the recovery of the added sample 100.32%(RSD=2.14%). Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility, can be used for the quality control of spica prunellae in traditional Chinese patent Medicines.
